Introduction

Quantum mechanics invented 100 years ago is unrealistic and useless, relying on fictitious quasiparticles to explain all physical phenomena.

Quasiparticle is unreal, having fake (= effective ) mass and charge, which are freely-adjustable to deal with different phenomena, so meaningless in predicting new reactions.

For useless quantum physics to get research funds, physicists needed to create fake target = fictional quantum computer which is supposed to exploit fantasy parallel worlds for faster (← ? ) parallel computing ?  ← still  Not reality.

To hide the inconvenient fact that the current quantum physics is useless with No progress, academia spreads fake news to deceive people into falsely believing their researches are worth taxpayers' money.

If you carefully read each quantum technology news, you will notice they make No progress, just using misleading phrases to get your hopes up.

This week physics  (4/17)    ← still No progress.

This week solid-physics is still full of unreal quasiparticles such as phonon ( this ), magnon ( this, this ), Weyl fermion, Dirac fermion.

The first paragraph of this news just vaguely says " technology that could enable major leaps in the development of quantum computers ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Still useless.  Unreal phonon quasiparticle is used ( this p.15 )

The second paragraph of this news using unreal quasiparticle phonon just vaguely says "If researchers can learn to control .., it could enable new technologies such as spintronic computing ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Nothing is realized now.

The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "Seeing a pair of Majorana fermions (= unreal quasiparticle ) is an important step toward making a qubit ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Still useless.  Infinite "steps" are needed ?

The second paragraph of this news just vaguely says "One such proposed 2-D (unreal) quasiparticle is the anyon ? it is not a fermion or a boson. And theory has suggested that its charge can be less than that of an electron ?"  ← Nothing useful is specified.

The first paragraph of this news using unreal quasiparticle polariton just vaguely says "key components for future optical computers. These devices will process information with photons ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Nothing is realized now.

The second paragraph of this news using unreal quasipaticle skyrmion just vaguely says "reporting a new compound capable of maintaining its skyrmion .. The results also suggest the potential for using chemical pressure ..?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Still useless.

The second paragraph of this news just vaguely says "energy travels via the collective movement of many particles .., as sound waves quantified using (unreal) quasiparticles known as phonons ?"  ← Nothing useful is specified.

The second last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "This sets a new horizon for next-generation photonic reconfigurable devices with enhanced performance yet reduced size ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Still useless.  Unreal quasiparticle plasmon is used.

The second paragraph of this news just vaguely says "Today, modern quantum simulators offer a wide range of possibilities to prepare and investigate complex quantum states ?"  ← Just speculation, still useless.

The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "we will produce a regular array of interacting circular Rydberg atoms, Sayrin explained. This will realize a quantum simulator of interacting spins ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Nothing is realized now.

The last of this news just vaguely says "Yuwono et al. expect the study to fuel new spectroscopic investigations ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Still useless.

The fourth paragraph of this news just vaguely says "The dark photon, a hypothetical invisible particle, is an attractive dark matter candidate, which could also be a new interaction mediator between dark matter and normal matter ?"  ← Waste of time and money in fictional particle research.

The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "The next steps will require close collaboration between the theory, experiment ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Nothing is realized now.

The third last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "This would allow us to replace half-million-dollar silicon detector arrays with inexpensive, higher-resolution perovskite alternatives ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Still useless.

The second last paragraph of this news just vaguely says " In the future, the device they developed could be used to create smaller electronics that can be used as both light sources and detectors ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Still useless.

The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "Our work will lead to discussion .. Perhaps we will soon have predictions how other molecules could be cooled in this way ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Nothing is realized now.

The second last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "If things run smoothly, we can create a silicon-based laser in 2020. This would enable a tight integration of optical functionality in the dominant electronics platform, which would break open prospects for on-chip optical communication and affordable chemical sensors based on spectroscopy ?"  ← just about "imaginary future".  Still useless.
