Makomo Is Gramineae Plant

Makomo is Gramineae species and it's another name is Genus Zizania.
Zizania Species are only 4 kinds in the world. Ｔｈｅｒｅ are Zizania aquatica,
Zizania plaustris
in North America(Canada and the 5 great lakes in America.)
Zizania aquatica, Zizania latifolia are in East Asia. (many parts in Japan and temperate zone in
main land Chaina, cool/warm zone.) |

Protain content is high in content(14%). It is about twice content of ７．５
of rice.
Even Makomo's dried leaves have 14% of protain content.
Makomo is gramineae and it is also known as wild rice or wild-rice（ｔropic
wild gramineae).
Wild rice is plaustris fruit of Zizania aquatica, Zizania plaustris.
In North America, American Indian eat wild rice as staple food.
Also, today, wild rice is familier to us when we roast turkey for Thanks-Giving
day
for stuffing and cook as soup.
