Quantum mechanics clarifies nothing about biology.

Quantum biology irrelevant to real biology tries to use fantasy parallel-world superposition, faster-than-light spooky entanglemet for meaningless concepts.

Recently, the dubious science field called "quantum biology" seems to be illogically gaining attention by various exaggerated fake news.

This quantum biology is just a useless overhyped pseudo-science irrelevant to real biology ( this-lower-quantum biology today,  this last-paragraph,  this 4-5th-paragraphs,  this p.2-left-1st-paragraph ).

No evidence of quantum mechanics

"many publications in the field of quantum biology lack numerical support for their hypotheses or fail to produce undisputed evidence"

"Scientists have yet to benefit from exploiting these very quantum tools as proposed by quantum biology researchers"

Quantum biology baselessly claims each unbreakable single particle can be unrealistically in two different places or superposition states at once like a dead and alive cat living in fantasy parallel worlds, which can Not be observed or proved.

All other concepts included in the quantum biology are also just a fictional ungrounded pseudo-science, as seen in quantum consciousness, immortality, arrow of time, superluminal spooky entanglement..

Quantum mechanics contributed nothing to biology.

Quantum mechanics is still unable to explain atomic mechanisms behind many biological reactions such as brain ( this 5th paragraph ), cancers.. ( this 2nd paragraph,  this 2nd-last paragraph,  this p.2-left )

Quantum mechanics tries to use fictional quasiparticle model and unseen superposition in photosynthesis.

Quantum mechanical unphysical model prevents biologists from using real atomic interaction, and hampers developing useful technology.

Actually, it is impossible to see the (fictional) quantum coherent superposition or a dead and alive cat living in parallel worlds, because we can see only one state or one world at once.  ← the unseen quantum superposition is a meaningless concept.

Furthermore, quantum biology tries to explain the mechanism of photosynthesis using fictional particles called "exciton quasiparticles ( this 3rd-paragraph,  this 5th-paragraph,  this abstract-last,  this 13th paragraph )" with fake effective mass (= these unrealistic masses can be artificially changed even to negative mass ).

These fictional quasiparticles frequently used in the current quantum mechanical researches are expressed just as nonphysical math symbols which abstract expressions tell us nothing about detailed physical mechanisms ( this p.3,  this p.2-left-last,  this p.15 ).  ← Science stops progressing.

Even the latest hyped research showed No evidence of quantum mechanics in photosynthesis.

The 5~6th paragraphs of this hyped news say

"The team has succeeded in providing robust evidence of electronic and vibrational quantum coherence (= unseen superposition ) by performing 2D electronic spectroscopic measurements at 20K"  ← Too low temperature that has nothing to do with the normal photosynthesis at room temperature.

"The results could potentially (= still useless research ) advance our understanding of the fundamental processes underlying photosynthesis,"

p.2-right-middle says " We further construct an excitonic model (= fictional quasiparticle ) and refine the parameters by simultaneously fitting them to the experimental spectra"  ← Just fitting experimental results to fictitious exciton model and artificial parameters with No quantum mechanical prediction.

p.11-12 describes electrons and fictional exciton model as nonphysical math symbols with No shapes, and they just artificially adjusted parameters to experiments ( this p.3.p.6,  this p.5-6, p.10 ).

↑ Physicists just tried to explain the observed light interacting with molecules by fictional exciton quasiparticle model (= No shape, so No practical use ) and artificially adjust parameters with No quantum mechanical prediction (= No quantum mechanical evidence ).

So there is No evidence that the photosynthesis actually uses these (fictional) exciton quasiparticles and (unseen) quantum superposition, which are completely useless concepts irrelevant to real biology.

Faster-than-light quantum entanglement is meaningless also in biology

Quantum entanglement, which cannot send any information nor do any work on objects, is irrelevant to any chemical or biological reactions, contrary to hypes.

(Fig.3)   In a bird's eyes, two molecules excited by light and weak earth's magnetic field are 'linked' by (imaginary) superluminal quantum entanglement !?  ← quantum biology is useless pseudo-science

Quantum biology tries to apply the unfounded superluminal entanglement to migratory birds.

Some researchers proposed another unfounded idea that migratory birds may feel the earth's magnetic field through (fictional) quantum mechanical faster-than-light spooky action called entanglement.

↑ But quantum entanglement can Not send any real information nor do any work to receivers ( this 2nd-paragraph,  this 3rd-paragraph ), so entanglement that cannot influence other molecules is a completely meaningless concept also in biology and birds.

This last-paragraph says
"Ironically, entanglement itself may not be essential to the process that allows birds to see a magnetic field"

This 4th-paragraph says
"However, proving quantum entanglement in biological systems has been challenging"

No evidence that (fictional) quantum entanglement (= that cannot send any real information ) may influence migratory birds ( this 10th-paragraph ).

Mechanism of quantum entanglement involvement in birds' eyes is unclear and unscientific.

The 6-7th, 9th paragraphs of this site say

" If an electron is knocked out of place—perhaps exiting one molecule and joining another—this creates what’s called a radical pair,.... the fates of the two molecules involved are actually linked, locking them into a strange, delicate state known as quantum entanglement."  ← these two molecules transiently excited by light have nothing to do with faster-than-light entanglement than cannot influence other atoms realistically.

This last links to this research paper (= about quantum biology in birds ) whose abstract says nothing about quantum entanglement, contrary to the above hyped news.

This research paper p.20(or p.19) tried to explain this bird's eye molecule by using the unrealistic model (= that can clarify nothing ) such as time-consuming useless molecular dynamics (= MD ) and one-pseudo-electron density functional theory with artificially-chosen CAM-B3LYP exchange energy functional lacking real atomic picture, which just hampers clarifying true mechanism..

This artificially-chosen CAM-B3LYP hybrid exchange energy functional (= potential ) includes several freely-adjustable parameters (= you can freely choose parameters to fit experimentally values instead of quantum mechanical theory predicting them ), so No quantum mechanical prediction (= No proof of quantum entanglement in bird's eyes )

Unreal negative kinetic energy of quantum tunnel is useless for transistors and biology.

(Fig.4)   Quantum tunneling based on unreal unmeasurable negative kinetic energy is useless for discovering transistors and actual biology.

Quantum tunneling by unreal negative kinetic energy is ridiculous, irrelevant to actual biology.

Another quantum biology research baselessly claims that hydrogen atomic protons may cause quantum tunneling to mutate DNAs.

The serious problem is quantum mechanics stubbornly avoids clarifying the detailed underlying realistic mechanisms of quantum tunneling, parallel-world superposition and superluminal entangled link allegedly involved in (meaningless) quantum biology, instead, they just repeatedly whine "Nobody understands weird quantum mechanics !" which excuse has stopped our scientific progress for more than 100 years.

The point is quantum tunneling is Not a ghost-like phenomenon but a natural classically-possible (= realistic ) phenomenon where electrons can naturally jump between two atoms which are separated by a very short distance less than 1 nm under applied voltage through the air or vacuum which empty space (= No real barriers or walls ) is wrongly treated like a "rigid imaginary wall" or insulator (= imaginary potential wall, though precise potential energy between atoms separated by extremely short distance is unknown ) by irrational quantum mechanics.

Quantum mechanics just imagines "illusory potential energy wall", and makes an unscientific claim that each electron can penetrate such an invisible potential barrier by having unrealistic negative kinetic energies ( this p.4-2nd-paragraph ) without deeper explanations.  ← Pursuing deeper truth is prohibited by the unrealistic quantum mechanical model !

↑ Electrons can naturally flow over such an extremely thin space (= only 1 nm ) by ordinary thermal fluctuation or de Broglie wave interference even without relying on unrealistic negative kinetic energy ( this-1st-paragraph ) of quantum mechanics.

As a result, quantum biology can never be useful as long as the irrational quantum mechanical atomic model stubbornly refuses to clarify detailed underlying physical mechanisms behind fantasy quantum superposition, parallel worlds, faster-than-light entanglement and ghost quantum tunneling.

Actually, the 3rd-last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "There is still a long and exciting road ahead of us to understand how biological processes work on the subatomic level,.. In the future, we are hoping to investigate how tautomers produced by quantum tunneling can propagate and generate mutations.."  ← quantum biology is still useless except for speculating imaginary future, repeating only uncertain "future" phrases.

↑ No proof of the quantum tunneling with (unreal, unseen) negative kinetic energy involved in biology.

Quantum biology has nothing to do with brain disease defense, contrary to overhyped news.

The 2nd, 4-5th paragraphs of this recent overhyped news about the alleged quantum biology say

"researchers has discovered a distinctly quantum effect in biology that.. may (= just speculation ) also present a way for the brain to protect itself from degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's. The result,.. is not only an important discovery for neuroscience, but also suggests new applications of techniques for quantum computing researchers,"  ← hype

"A lone molecule of tryptophan displays a fairly standard quantum property: it can absorb a particle of light (called a photon) at a certain frequency and emit another photon at a different frequency. This process is called fluorescence"

"when many, many tryptophan molecules are arranged in a symmetrical network,.. they fluoresce stronger and faster than they would if they were fluorescing independently. The collective behavior is called "superradiance,"  ← this superrradiance or collective light enhancement can be explained by classical light, the unphysical quantum photon is unnecessary, unable to clarify any real mechanism.

p.1-abstract says nothing about practical use, (hyped) quantum computing, nor brain Alzheimer diseases (= so useless research ), contrary to this overhyped news.

This p.5~p.6, p.11 used abstract effective Hamiltonian (= No real atomic shape ) with artificially-chosen parameters with No quantum mechanical prediction (= so No proof of quantum mechanical involvement ).

This (p.3-left. p.6-left-artificially-chosen-scaling factor, one-pseudo-electron density functional theory, p.6-right-empirical atomic charge, p.7-left-fictitious exciton quasiparticle ) also shows quantum mechanics relying on artificially-chosen parameters and fictional models is useless, unable to predict anything, just hampering scientific development by its unphysical model.
