The neural circuit of the vision is a primitive mechanism. Neurons output
positive potentials with a short duration and affect the neighborhood.
The output of nerve cells has an inability period (aftereffects), and the
impulse occurs intermittently if the surrounding condition does not change
even after the insensitivity period. It extracts the features contained
in the impulse group that captures the situation of the outside world intermittently. So, it corresponds to the outside world by the combination of the feature. Visual data is intermittently capturing changes in the outside world through open-loop control. Mammals have developed the association area in the neocortex of the cerebrum to remember the large number of rules acquired in visual activity and to use them for control.
