2.3 Energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDS)
2.3.a The princeple of EDS
What kinds of atom are found in the material on surface of the water?
Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy is an analytical technique that is
used for the elemental analysis.
The analysis of X-ray spectroscopy is conducted to determine the atomic
constituents. The device is commonly equipped with scanning microscope.
The scanning microscope carries out the mapping for the X-ray spectroscopy
as shown in the photograph. The results were presented graphs as shown
Fig.13. The analyses were carried out several days after the input of steel
wool in carbonated water.

2.3.b What kinds of atom are found in the floating material?
EDS data obtained from different places by shifting the positions are listed in table 1, 2, 3.
