(Fig.1) Today's impractical quantum mechanical researches need fake application = (hopeless) quantum computers in overhyped fake news.
The 3rd, 10th, 11th paragraphs of this hyped news (8/28/2025) say
"Taking advantage of this behavior.. which could find applications in emerging fields like quantum computing." ← fake news
"That's compared with a traveling wave,"
"If we use quantum terminology, one is confined or localized. The other is a propagating wave"
↑ This research paper ↓
p.1-abstract says nothing about any practical technologies such as (hyped) quantum computers, contrary to the above fake news. ← This useless quantum mechanical research needs overhyped fake news or illusory quantum application.
↑ This research is just about impractical theory (= with No experiments ) called non-Hermitian skin effect where fictional quantum mechanical states called quasiparticles localized in some boundary may gradually decay by power law. ← just imagination
This-p.3-right-1st-paragraph says
"In such a case, the ( unreal ) quasiparticles move only in
one direction and accumulate at a boundary for a sufficiently long time, i.e., non-Hermitian skin effect"
↑ This-p.8, p.18-right describes this fictional useless quantum mechanical non-Hermitian skin effect (= of unreal quasiparticle models ) only as nonphysical math symbols lacking real particle shapes, and with artificially-chosen parameters (= No quantum mechanical prediction )
As shown here, the current impractical quantum mechanical researches need fake application such as (hopeless) quantum computers, which is the reason of the wide discrepancy between the overhyped fake news and actual papers.
