p.2-left-3rd-paragraph says "To investigate the DNA binding properties and molecular mobility of the transcription effectors of the Hippo pathway, YAP and TEADs, we used two microscopy techniques: single-molecule tracking (SMT) and fluorescence..... we generated plasmids that expressed versions of YAP or TEAD1 fused to HaloTag.. derived from a bacterial enzyme that covalently binds to a fluorescently tagged ligand"
p.12-Limitations say "The main microscopy approach used in this study, SMT, is limited by photobleaching, even with the use of photostable fluorescent dyes" ← So this research's SMT microscopes just measured lights from fluorescent molecules, Not atomic structures.
p.12-~p.14-Materials and methods used only macroscopic biological tools such as viral plasmids fusing TEAD1 protein and Halotag (= fluorescence, this-middle ), cells, immunofluorescence by antibodies, SMT microscopy vaguely detecting the fluorescent light ( this-p.3 ).
↑ This research's fluorescent microscopes could Not directly see atomic structures (= No single atomic resolusion > 1nm, in this-p.3-Fig.1A, I, p.4-Fig.2A ).
↑ No (useless) quantum mechanics was used, and No detailed atomic structures nor mechanisms were clarified in this research that just detected lights emitted from the fluorescent antibodies or tag proteins attached to the target cancer-related proteins.
We should directly observe and clarify the detailed atomic structured and mechanisms of cancer proteins by multi-probe atomic force microscopes which use has been hampered by today's unrealistic quantum mechanical atomic model.
↑ No matter how many times researchers published papers in (top) journals, cancers and Alzheimer are incurable forever, as long as impractical quantum mechanics is accepted as the mainstream physics.
