The stick came, and beat the dog,   
that bit the cat, that ate the goat,
Which my father bought for two zuzim.

The fire came, and burned the stick,    
that beat the dog, that bit the cat, that ate the goat,
Which my father bought for two zuzim.

火が飛んで来て　子山羊を食べた猫を咬んだ犬を打った棒を燃やした
父さんが２zuzimで買った子山羊

The water came, and extinguished the fire,
that burned the stick, that beat the dog,
that bit the cat, that ate the goat,
Which my father bought for two zuzim.

水が来て、子山羊を食べた猫を咬んだ犬を打った棒を燃やした火を消した
父さんが２zuzimで買った子山羊

The ox came, and drank the water,
that extinguished the fire, that burned the stick,
that beat the dog, that bit the cat, that ate the goat,

雄牛が来て、子山羊を食べた猫を咬んだ犬を打った棒を燃やした火を消した水を呑んだ

The slaughterer came, and killed the ox,
that drank the water, that extinguished the fire,
that burned the stick, that beat the dog,
that bit the cat, that ate the goat,
Which my father bought for two zuzim.

屠殺人が来て　子山羊を食べた猫を咬んだ犬を打った棒を燃やした火を消した水を呑んだ雄牛を殺した

The Angel of Death came, and slew the slaughterer,
who killed the ox, that drank the water,
that extinguished the fire, that burned the stick,
that beat the dog, that bit the cat, that ate the goat,

Then came the Holy One, Blessed be He,
and smote the Angel of Death, who slew the slaughterer,
who killed the ox, that drank the water,
that extinguished the fire, that burned the stick,
that beat the dog, that bit the cat, that ate the goat,
Which my father bought for two zuzim.

そして聖なる人がやって来た、彼に祝福を、子山羊を食べた猫を咬んだ犬を打った棒を燃やした火を消した水を呑んだ雄牛を殺した屠殺人を殺した死の天使を打ちのめした
