™‚m‚n 52 Maryfs Wedding (We live)
This is the painting based on the story of Mary.
The trouble that happened was that she met an old rabbi on her way to a well. He looked askance at Mary about her pregnancy.
She told him this was a blessing on me by the Holy Spirit.
But she was suffering until her parents came back home. So, she prayed again and again.
Then, God answered her that Joseph would come there. But God did not tell her why Joseph was going there.
Then her parents thought they should become good matchmakers for their daughter Mary. There was no other choice in the matter.
Mary's life depended on whether the wedding was successful or not. So, Mary's mother dressed up her as beautifully as best.
And she prepared a good supper. And they waited and waited. Now Joseph was hard put to visit Mary's home.
Because his father put her away last month. But an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said,
" Joseph, son of David." When he heard, this word reached deep into his mind, and he considered what meant a calling this was.
And soon he remembered King Davidfs sin who was his ancestor. David has sinned adulterous sin against the Lord.
Further, he had forced Bathshebafs husband Uriah the Hittite to die with the enemy's sword to keep the sin from the public.
Also, the child that is born died because by this deed he had given great occasion to the enemies of the Lord to blaspheme.
But he was charged with Nathan and repented his sin, saying, hI have sinned against the Lord.h
And Nathan said to Dabid, gThe Lord also has put away your sin, you shall not die.h
However, Joseph thought that Davidfs sin on those who were descendants of David from generation to generation.
Also, he thought that Mary might be Bathsheba who had an adultery child. If that is so, her child shall die immediately.
He shuddered and prayed to God.
Then an angel said again, g Do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.
And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.h
So, he determined to go to Nazareth where Maryfs house is, and bore the burden of his father David's sin.
So, I am sure it was his conviction that he visited Mary's home to redeem David's sin.
Then after a six-day journey, Joseph knocked on the door and got into Mary's house.
As he feared the atmosphere of the room was uneasy.
Then he needed to kind of break the ice at once. And he was courageous enough to make a joke at the greeting.
It was a nice idea. But remember, he is a serious man. He used to never make a joke in his daily life.
What happened next? Sorry, Mary did not go into that detail then.
So, I made a skit from Maryfs talk like this.
Joseph said to them "Good evening, I am Joseph. I came from the land of bread's house."
(Bethlehem means a house of bread in Hebrew.)
But this joke did not work for her. Because they used different languages from each other at the time.
Joseph who lives in Bethlehem spoke with a Hebrew accent that sounded slightly different from Galilee.
(Galilee used Aramaic, Bethlehem used Hebrew.)Therefore, Mary did not catch his words well nether understand them on the spot.
So, she asked him very quickly. "Run? Break? I am sorry. Did you run away from a broken house?"
Joseph was really confused and said, "No, never! I mean I will give you bread for all your life forever."
Mary got what he meant. So, she leaped for joy and screamed. "Yes, Joseph Yes! Let's break through the world and come to life together!"
Joseph grasped her hand firmly and shouted together.
"Yes, Mary, yes! We live, we are going to live together."
Mary shouted in excitement. "Shall we leave early from here and carry on together!"
Then Mary's mother prayed and she said to them.
"O! my children God with you." And Joseph said to her parents.
"Mary's father and mother, A man has got to do what a man has got to do, right?"
Father replied very quickly. "That's Right, Son! Let's toast! God bless your eyes!"
The moment, that let Joseph forgive his ancestor David's sin.
Because Mary was beautiful very.
Mary Cheers God bless your eyes! Amen!
