™‚m‚n 50 Maryfs heart flutter. (Mary almost drowns)
They were wading around in the shallows of the Jordan River.
When Joseph looked away, Mary tripped on a slick stone in the deep of the river.
And she was drifted down the river. This happening upset Joseph.
Although he was not able to swim, he quickly tried to help her and plunged into the river with bravery.
Immediately many waters swallowed him on every side.
He shouted to God, Leave me not, neither for the sake of her Oh God of my salvation!
At that very moment, God gave His angels charge over Joseph and Mary, and in their hands, they bore them up, lest they should drown.
Joseph did not see the angel, and also he forgot he was not able to swim. For he was that much upset about this happening.
Mary was not able to understand what happened at an instant.
She was thrown out and sank into the water. At the moment, her burden was gone, and she felt comfortable.
She saw light in the front and thought she was going to heaven.
Nothing frightened her. She is now at the summit of her happiness.
And soon she lost consciousness.
The angel brought them to the shallows and left them there.
And when Joseph calmed down and pulled her to the riverside, and drew her and Jesus out of the water like Moses as soon as possible.
And he called out her name, tapped her cheek and hugged her many times.
Soon Mary was woken by the babe kicking her belly from inside of her.
And she heard Joseph cheer.
Mary said to him, "You saved our life?h Joseph answered gYes. I saved you two. And are both all right?h
Mary replied gMy Son and I are all right, and you are the man whom I love best. And thank you so much,h
Mary hugged him tight. Because she awakened her to the real love for him.
The next moment she felt the baby kick her belly from inside of her again.
She said, gOh! my babe also says thanks a lot to you, Joseph.h Joseph said to her,
h Itfs nice. And I am glad to hear that. By the way, come to think of it, you were thirsty.
Did you drink some water?h Mary answered, gYes, I did a little.h
Joseph teased her, and asked, gWhat did it taste like?h
Mary said,h This water here had a very sweet heaven taste.h
Joseph talked seriously to her, gThat's great, you saw heaven. So, I suppose that many will come here to go to heaven.h His forecast was right indeed.
About thirty years later, Jesus came here and met St John who baptized many with water.
And He asked him,h Let Me go into the water with you.h
However, John tried to prevent Him, and said,h I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?h
But Jesus answered and said to him, gPermit it to be so now, I leaped for joy when I heard motherfs heart was beating fast.
And you have the same experience when you were in your motherfs womb.
For thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness. I desire to start My ministry from here. Because this is here, My remembrance of love.h
This word reminds John of his old remembrance of when he was in his motherfs womb.
He remembered his motherfs voice. She said, gBut, why is this granted to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?
For indeed, as soon as the voice of your greeting sounded in my ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.h
Therefore he allowed Him. When Jesus came up from the water, the heavens were opened to him, and saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon him.
And a voice came from heaven, saying,h This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.h
This is the painting of the story of Joseph and Mary.
gMaryfs heart flutteredh represents the hidden cause of Jesus being baptized by St John in the Jordan River, and represents that Joseph and Mary were baptized by Jesus Himself who was in the Motherfs womb for His birth.
