VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. ?Authorities in Virginia said a husband, his wife, and a dog are all dead following an explosion inside a welding shop in Virginia Beach.The Virginia Beach Fire Department said a 911 call came in just before 11:15 a.m. Monday for an explosion and fire at Neptune Welding off Virginia Beach Boulevar <a href=https://www.cups-stanley.ca>stanley mug</a> d near Birdneck Road.Fire officials said the couple that was killed inside the shop owned the business and were welding at the time.Family members who were feet away from the scene were devastated. They were comforting one another through tears and hugs. Its a very shocking and difficult time for everybody, said Capt. Jim Ingledue with Virginia Beach Fire Departments fire marshals office.Fire investigators said firefighters were met with heavy smoke billowing out of the business. They said flames and most of the damage was contained to Neptune Welding on the end of the bu <a href=https://www.stanley-cups.es>stanley cup</a> ilding.The business is part of a larger building with several suites, including Beach Outdoor Storage. The business owner of the suite next door was very thankful and praised the fire department that there was no fire damage, maybe a little smoke damage, Ingledue said.Ingledue said he spoke with family members <a href=https://www.stanleycup.cz>stanley cup</a> on the scene and the people who work in the building. He said the business owners in the building are very close to one another. The people that operate businesses in this building, it seems to be a tight-knit close number of people, said Ingledue. WEST ALLIS, Wis. ?A Greenfield man is facing criminal charges in the crash that killed a 4-year-old boy in West Allis last Wednesday.Thomas McIntyre, 26 of Greenfield, was charged with:* 1st Degree Reckless Homicide* 1st Degree Reckless Injury* 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering SafeA criminal complaint released Tuesday states West Allis police responded to the area of 180th and National on June 15, where they found a heavily damaged car. Inside they found a 50-year-old woman, a 46-year-old woman, and <a href=https://www.cup-stanley.at>stanley cup</a> the deceased 4-year-old boy.Police also found a second damaged car driven by the defendant. Officers say the front of the vehicle had substantial damage, which is consistent with front to rear collisions at high speeds, according to police.Surveillance video shows the victims making a U-turn during a green light. Soon after McIntyre s car can be seen approaching at a high rate of speed. Police estimate he was going 80 miles an hour in the 40 mile per hour zone. McIntyre drives through the intersection and hits the victims car, <a href=https://www.cup-stanley.com.de>stanley kaffeebecher</a> the complaint states. He made no attempt to stop, police say.Talking with police, the defendant estimated he was driving more than 100 miles per hour and that he had been drinking alcohol.
