We start with developing news out of South Korea. Seoul has unveiled a plan to settle a wartime labor issue with Japan.

South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin announced that a government-affiliated foundation will pay damages in place of Japanese companies to those who say they or their relatives were forced to work during World War II.
