Special Lecture by Ms Gordon

In addition to assisting students with their cultural exchange, TEN invites guest speakers to give special lectures. On May 6, 1999, a lecture by Ms Beate Sirota Gordon was organized. She was involved in the drafting of human rights provisions in the Constitution and prompted Japanese women to participate in society. In the lecture, secret stories and interesting anecdotes during the drafting process were disclosed. You may find the short excerpts here.
