再び「不思議の国のアリス」からの詩が登場します。グリフォンやニセウミガメたちが海辺で歌うダンスの音楽ですがあんまりリゲティのメロディはダンスという感じもしません。勢いのついた音楽はなかなかに素晴らしいのですが。
