Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled in the iOS app "Psychrometer °F" (the "App"), provided by the app's developer (the "Developer").
The App requires no account, and the Developer operates no server. Your entered values and settings are stored only on your device.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following on your device. None of it is transmitted to the Developer.
- Values you enter, such as dry-bulb temperature, relative humidity, dew-point temperature, and wet-bulb temperature
- Settings such as the input mode, psychrometer type, and atmospheric pressure
This information remains on your device until you change it or uninstall the App. The Developer has no ability to view or retrieve it.
2. Location and Weather Data
The App can automatically fill in the outdoor temperature and humidity near your current location. Only when you use this feature, and only with your permission, does the App obtain your device's location and send it to Apple's weather service (WeatherKit) to retrieve weather data for that point.
Your location is used solely to retrieve weather data. The Developer does not receive, store, or accumulate location information. For Apple's handling of this data, see the Apple Privacy Policy and the Apple Weather attribution requirements.
Granting location permission is optional. If you decline, all manual-entry calculation features remain fully available. You can change permission at any time in the iPhone Settings app under "Privacy & Security" > "Location Services".
Note that the App does not measure temperature or humidity with device sensors. For atmospheric pressure, it may read the barometric sensor on supported devices, entirely on the device.
3. Advertising
The App is provided free of charge and displays advertisements. Ads are delivered using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) provided by Google LLC.
The advertising provider may automatically collect approximate location inferred from your IP address, device identifiers (including the advertising identifier), information about ad impressions and interactions, product interaction data, crash data, and diagnostic data, for the purposes of ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

4. App Tracking Transparency
The App presents the App Tracking Transparency permission dialog. Only if you grant permission may the advertising identifier (IDFA) and approximate location be used to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
If you decline, all features of the App remain available without restriction. You can change your choice at any time in the iPhone Settings app under "Privacy & Security" > "Tracking".
5. Email Inquiries
If you contact us, your email address and the content of your message are used only to reply and to fix defects. They are not used for any other purpose or provided to third parties.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Developer does not sell or rent your information to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is a professional tool for psychrometric calculation and is not directed at children under 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Deleting Your Data
To remove the values and settings stored on your device, uninstall the App. Uninstalling permanently deletes the data on your device, and it cannot be recovered.
To request deletion of information held by the advertising provider, please follow the procedures described in their policy.
9. About the Calculated Results
Results produced by the App are reference values. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, it is not guaranteed, and the Developer accepts no liability for any damages arising from use of the App. For critical decisions, please also use calibrated instruments and appropriate professional references.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised as features are added, SDKs change, or laws are amended. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
