JUN KANAYAMA（以下「開発者」）は、iOSアプリ「ポチッと帰る」（英語名：UsualMail、中国語名：GO快速短信／GO快速簡訊。以下「本アプリ」）での利用者情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
開発者は、本アプリを通じて、利用者の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・連絡先・メッセージの本文などの個人情報を取得しません。本アプリには、開発者が運営するサーバーへ情報を送る機能はありません。
本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内にだけ保存します。
送り先の情報はウィジェットにも表示するため、本アプリとウィジェットだけが使える共有領域（App Group）に保存します。これらの情報は本アプリを削除すると消去されます。なお、iCloud などへの端末のバックアップに含まれる場合があります。
送り先を連絡先から選ぶときは、iOS標準の連絡先選択画面を使います。この画面の利用に連絡先へのアクセス許可は必要なく、本アプリが受け取るのは、利用者が選んだ1件の名前・メールアドレス・電話番号だけです。
以前のバージョンなどで連絡先へのアクセスを許可している場合に限り、入力された送り先に対応する名前を表示するため、端末内の連絡先を照会することがあります。この許可は「設定」アプリからいつでも取り消せます。
いずれの場合も、連絡先の情報は端末内でのみ使い、開発者や第三者へ送信することはありません。
メールやメッセージ（SMS）は、iOS標準の作成画面を使って利用者自身が送信します。本アプリが送信内容を開発者や第三者へ送ることはありません。本アプリが知るのは、送信したか・キャンセルしたかといった結果だけで、画面の表示にのみ使います。
iOS標準の「メール」アプリでメールを送れない場合は、利用者が「START」やウィジェットをタップしたときに限り、端末で設定されている既定のメールアプリ（Gmail など）を開き、宛先・件名・本文を渡します。そのアプリでの情報の取り扱いは、各アプリの提供元のポリシーに従います。
本アプリは、広告の配信に Google LLC の「Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）」を利用し、設定画面と送り先の登録画面にバナー広告を、送り先の保存時に全画面広告（1日1回まで）を表示します。
AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、次のような情報を収集することがあります。
本アプリは、iOSの「トラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）」を求めていないため、広告識別子（IDFA）が広告に使われることはありません。
欧州経済領域（EEA）や英国など、法令で同意が必要な地域では、Google の「User Messaging Platform」で同意を確認します。同意の内容は、設定画面の「広告プライバシー」からいつでも変更できます（該当する地域でのみ表示されます）。

本アプリは、アプリの改善のために Google LLC の「Firebase Analytics」を利用します。Firebase Analytics は、アプリの起動や画面の表示などの利用状況、アプリのバージョン、端末の機種・OS、おおよその地域（IPアドレスから推定）などを、アプリのインストールごとに割り当てられる識別子と結びつけて収集します。これらの情報に、送り先・本文・連絡先の内容は含まれません。

開発者は利用者の個人情報を保有していないため、第三者に提供することはありません。第5項・第6項の情報は、Google がそれぞれのポリシーに従って取り扱います。
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更した場合は、このページに掲載し、最終更新日を改めます。

This Privacy Policy explains how JUN KANAYAMA ("the developer") handles information in the iOS app UsualMail (Japanese name: ポチッと帰る; Chinese names: GO快速短信 / GO快速簡訊; "the app").
The developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or message text through the app. The app has no feature that sends information to a server run by the developer.
The app stores the following information only on your device:
Because the widget also shows your recipients, this information is kept in a storage area shared only by the app and its widget (App Group). It's deleted when you delete the app. It may be included in device backups, such as iCloud Backup.
When you choose a recipient from Contacts, the app uses the standard iOS contact picker. The picker doesn't require Contacts access, and the app receives only the name, email addresses, and phone numbers of the one contact you select.
Only if you have already allowed Contacts access (for example, in an earlier version), the app may look up your contacts on the device to show the name that matches a recipient you entered. You can turn off this access at any time in the Settings app.
In either case, contact information is used only on your device and is never sent to the developer or any third party.
You send emails and text messages (SMS) yourself, using the standard iOS compose screens. The app doesn't send your messages to the developer or any third party. The app learns only the result, such as whether a message was sent or canceled, and uses it only to update the screen.
If mail can't be sent with Apple's Mail app, then only when you tap START or the widget, the app opens the default mail app set on your device (such as Gmail) and passes it the recipient, subject, and message. That app handles the information under its provider's own policy.
The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), provided by Google LLC. It shows banner ads on the settings and recipient screens, and a full-screen ad (at most once a day) when you save a recipient.
To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect information such as:
The app doesn't ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency), so your advertising identifier (IDFA) isn't used for ads.
In regions where the law requires consent, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your choices at any time with Ad privacy on the settings screen (shown only in those regions).

To improve the app, it uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC. Firebase Analytics collects usage information, such as app launches and screen views, along with the app version, device model, OS version, and approximate region (estimated from your IP address). This information is associated with an identifier assigned to each installation of the app. It doesn't include your recipients, messages, or contacts.

The developer doesn't hold your personal information, so it's never shared with third parties. The information described in sections 5 and 6 is handled by Google under its own policies.
