ペットいくつ？ プライバシーポリシー
JUN KANAYAMA（以下「開発者」）は、iOSアプリ「ペットいくつ？」（英語名：PetsAge、以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
- ペットの情報や写真は、利用者の端末の中（およびiCloud同期を有効にした場合は利用者自身のiCloud）にだけ保存されます。開発者のサーバーには送信されません。
- 写真からの品種判定は、端末の中だけで処理されます。
- 無料版では広告（Google AdMob）を表示し、アプリの改善のために利用状況の統計（Firebase Analytics）を取得します。
1. 端末に保存される情報
本アプリで登録した次の情報は、利用者の端末内に保存され、開発者が取得することはありません。
- ペットの名前、種類、品種、性別、誕生日、命日、メモ
- ペットの写真
- アプリの設定（表示形式、並び替え、通知の設定など）
ウィジェットに表示するため、これらの情報の一部を同じ端末内のウィジェット用領域（App Group）にも保存します。
2. iCloud同期（プレミアム版）
プレミアム版でiCloud同期を有効にした場合、上記の情報は利用者自身のiCloudアカウント（AppleのCloudKitのプライベート領域）に保存され、同じApple IDでサインインしている端末間で同期されます。このデータには開発者はアクセスできません。取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
3. カメラ・写真へのアクセス
カメラおよび写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、ペットの写真を撮影・選択するためにのみ使用します。写真から品種を推定する機能は、端末内の機械学習モデル（Core ML）で処理し、写真を外部に送信することはありません。
4. 通知
誕生日、年齢の節目、ライフステージ、命日などのお知らせは、端末内で予約するローカル通知です。通知の内容を外部に送信することはありません。通知はiOSの「設定」アプリまたは本アプリの設定画面からいつでも停止できます。
5. 外部サービスによる情報の取得
本アプリでは、次の外部サービスを利用しています。これらのサービスは、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取得・利用します。

ペットの名前・写真などの登録情報は、これらのサービスに送信しません。

6. トラッキングと広告の設定
- 本アプリは、iOSのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）により、広告識別子の利用について許可を求めます。許可しない場合も本アプリはすべて利用でき、表示される広告の関連性が低くなるだけです。
- 許可の状態は、iOSの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
- 欧州経済領域・英国などの利用者は、本アプリの設定画面から広告に関する同意の内容をいつでも変更できます。
- プレミアム版を購入すると、広告は表示されません。
7. 情報の削除
- 本アプリ内でペットを削除すると、そのペットの情報と写真は端末から削除されます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。
- iCloudに同期したデータは、iOSの「設定」→［利用者の名前］→「iCloud」から、本アプリのデータを削除できます。
- 外部サービスが取得した情報の取り扱いは、各社のポリシーに従います。
8. お子様の利用
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではなく、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

PetsAge (ペットいくつ？) Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how JUN KANAYAMA ("the Developer") handles information in the iOS app "PetsAge" (Japanese name: ペットいくつ？, "the App").
- Your pets' information and photos are stored only on your device (and in your own iCloud if you turn on iCloud sync). They are never sent to the Developer's servers.
- Breed detection from photos is processed entirely on your device.
- The free version shows ads (Google AdMob) and collects usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) to improve the App.
1. Information stored on your device
The following information you enter is stored on your device and is not collected by the Developer:
- Pet name, species, breed, sex, birthday, date of passing, and notes
- Pet photos
- App settings (display format, sort order, notification settings, etc.)
To display widgets, some of this information is also stored in a widget storage area (App Group) on the same device.
2. iCloud sync (Premium)
If you enable iCloud sync in the Premium version, the information above is stored in your own iCloud account (the private area of Apple's CloudKit) and synced across devices signed in with the same Apple ID. The Developer cannot access this data. It is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy.
3. Camera and photo access
Camera and photo library access is used only to take or choose photos of your pets. Breed estimation from photos is performed by an on-device machine learning model (Core ML); photos are never sent off the device.
4. Notifications
Alerts for birthdays, age milestones, life stages, and remembrance days are local notifications scheduled on your device. Their contents are not sent anywhere. You can turn them off at any time in the iOS Settings app or in the App's settings.
5. Information collected by third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services, which collect and use information under their own privacy policies.

Your pets' names, photos, and other entries are not sent to these services.

6. Tracking and ad settings
- The App asks for permission to use the advertising identifier through iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT). If you decline, you can still use every feature; ads will simply be less relevant.
- You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Users in the EEA, UK, and similar regions can change their ad consent at any time from the App's settings screen.
- Ads are not shown once you purchase Premium.
7. Deleting your information
- Deleting a pet in the App removes its information and photos from your device. Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device.
- Data synced to iCloud can be deleted in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
- Information collected by third-party services is handled under their respective policies.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as needed. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
