It is no doubt that the most famous link for Macintosh users is Apple Computer. However if you are a Macintosh programmer, Apple Developer World must be more important than that.
I believe that each of the following links is not very famous, but very valuable for a creative Macintosh programmers.
- If you need photos of space such as the earth, the moon and so on, visit NSSDC Photo Gallery and download NASA photos in the public domain.
- If you need blank world map, visit Online Map Creation and create your unique map.
- If you need maps all of the world, visit PCL Map Collection to get them.
- Tutorial sample code for beginners of Macintosh Carbon programming is available on MACINTOSH C CARBON. It is intended primarily for users of the CodeWarrior system but easy to be tansfered to other system.
- MacTech Magazine is a treasure house of sample code. In the articles past ten years and more, you will find the same source code as you try to write now. Use "Search" function to find the most suitable article first. Download the related sample code second.
- "Patterns, Programs, and Links for Conway's Game of Life"
is recommendable for the people who want to know more about the Life Game.
- Fumio Rokkaku is an author of Macintosh software. He release useful software on his RokSoft Showcase.
I like "Midi It!" best of his all works.
- Ishihama Yoshiaki is also an author of Macintosh software. You will find his works on his Stone's Home Page. The people who are interested in Artificial Life, Fractal, Life Game or Tierra had better visit there.
