The rules of "Layout It !"
This is a puzzle of "Layout It !".
The purpose of the game is to fill square cells with two kinds of items.
The two items are a block
which a wall is made of,
and a floor panel
which a room is made of.
(1) Surround a room by blocks and make its area equal to the number indicated.
Do not make a room without a number.
The game finishes when all square cells are filled with a block or a floor panel.
This is the completed puzzle.
(2) Finally you have to build a single wall by connecting all blocks mutually.
A block can connect to its orthogonal (vertical or horizontal) neighbor.
A pair of blocks arranged aslant cannot connect to each other.

(3) The thickness of a wall must be one square cell.
Therefore making a big square with four blocks is forbidden.

These rules are same as those of the "Nurikabe" puzzle which is invented by "Nikoli"(a famous puzzle magazine publisher in Japan).
