Cabbage: I had a dream again. People were cutting me into thin pieces. Why do they always do that?

Lettuce: Because you are useful. I hide in the fridge because I get soft when people look at me too much.

Tomato: Can someone tell me? Am I a fruit or a vegetable? Yesterday, I was next to a strawberry in a salad!

Broccoli: You are lucky. I look like a small tree, and kids don't like me.

Carrot: But you are healthy! People say I'm too sweet. One time, someone tried to put me in a cake!

Bell Pepper (Red): Sweet is good! People choose me because of my color.

Bell Pepper (Green): Whatever. I always come last in cooking. People don't understand my taste.

Kale: Bitter taste is important. Life is not always sweet.

Zucchini: Kale, don't be so serious! I just want to enjoy summer. I love being in ratatouille!

Cauliflower: I'm white, so people think I'm boring. But now they say I'm good for low-carb meals!

Spinach: We all have something special. People think I'm strong because of Popeye, but I like reading poems.

Cabbage: Poems? Can you read one?

Spinach: 'Green life, growing in the soil. Even when cut, I shine on the plate.'
