Quantum computer for online game design is a lie.

"Quantum computers used for online game" is overhyped fake news, only a classical computer disguised as "ideal quantum simulator" was used.

(Fig.1)  Classical computers disguised as "quantum simulators" were used instead of today's useless noisy (= error-prone ) quantum computers.

Quantum computer's game is fake news

Fake news says today's (useless) quantum computer can play games.

↑ Just 50 qubits (= one qubit can take only 0 or 1 value, still Not a computer ) are useless, far from millions of qubits required for a practical quantum computer ( this-4th-paragraph )

Only classical computers were used for game design, No quantum computers.

There is a wide discrepancy between overhyped fake news (= saying quantum computers playing games ! ) and actual papers (= No quantum computers ).

"For practical reasons, we resort to simulating the quantum circuit on non-quantum computers"  ← only non-quantum, classical computers were used in this hyped "quantum game" research

p.2-right-last-paragraph says  -- Classical ideal simulator
"We first train our QRC system on a simulation of ideal quantum hardware (= just classical computer,  this-p.5-right-last-paragraph ), without the effects of noise"

p.6-right-3rd-paragraph says  -- No quantum computer used
"In future work, we aim to implement the QRC algorithm on real quantum hardware"  ← So real (error-prone useless) quantum computer hardware is still Not used in this research, contrary to the above fake news.

 

IBM quantum computers used for game is fake news.

Neither quantum computers nor quantum mechanics was used for game development, contrary to overhyped fake news.

The recent overhyped news falsely claims the ( fraudulent) IBM quantum computers might be used for game 'Clay' developed by Finnish studio MiTale.

Actually, they used neither quantum computers nor quantum mechanics to develop the game.
