通院中の患者様に臨床研究に関するお知らせがございます

当院では、以下の臨床研究を実施しております。この研究は、通常の診療で得られた過去の記録をまとめることによって行います。
このような研究は、厚生労働省の「人を対象とする医学系研究に関する倫理指針」の規定により、対象となる患者さんのお一人ずつから直接同意を得るのではなく、

[研究課題名]　気管支喘息の臨床的表現型の解析

[研究の目的]　
(1)咳喘息およびアトピー咳嗽の気管支喘息概念の中での位置づけ
(2)軽症喘息の時間経過に伴う呼吸機能の変動
(3)喘息治療の目安になるtreatable traitの検索
[研究の方法]
●対象となる患者さんのカルテ情報
2006年年4月以降、2023年10月31日までに当院に通院歴のある気管支喘息および慢性閉塞性肺疾患の患者さんのカルテ情報を使用します。
研究期間は、倫理審査委員会承認日から10年間です。
●利用するカルテ情報
診断名、年齢、性別、身体所見、症状の評価、検査結果（呼吸機能検査、血液検査、画像検査、呼気一酸化窒素濃度など）
[個人情報の取り扱い]
利用する情報からは、お名前、住所など、患者さんを直接同定できる個人情報は削除します。また、研究成果は学会や学術雑誌で発表されますが、その際も患者さんを特定できる個人情報は利用しません。
