Control board with AN2131 MINI EZ-USB ( Made by Optimize )

EZ-USB circuit is on website here.
7 segments LED are drived by SN74LS04 because EZ-USB is running 3.3V and LED drive voltage is 5V.
AN2131 Voh(Min)=2.4V (@Vcc=3.0V) 74LS04 Vih(Min)=2.0V
AN2131 can input 5V signal as swtches input.
AN2131 Vih=2.0V(Min) to 5.25V(Max)
