風邪 (Clod & Influenza) 2月1日 金曜日 晴れ 風邪、咽喉が痛む。 Have a cold. Have a sore throat. 2月3日 日曜日 晴れ 風邪治らず。痰が絡んで夜寝苦しい。少し熱も、、 Cold the not cured. out the phlegm for hav'nt sleep. 少し熱も有る様だ、、 Today the slightly feverish. 2月5日 火曜日 晴れ 風邪少し楽にはなったが痰が切れない、 Taked relieve the cold but Don't cut Phlegm 拗らせたかも I may possibly maked myself cold worse. 2月7日 木曜日 曇り 映画鑑賞に行くつもりだったが、、無理はせず中止 The schedule of appreciated the movies take a stop. 6月22日 土曜日 晴れ 一年程以前から気にはなっていたが、、 One year before from have a worry. 股間の内右側の痛みが倍増しているのが確認 Crotch inside-right, Have a feel of pain the double rise しかし、触ってもシコリ等は確認出来ないが、、 to But, Have touch tumor not feel 受診したほうが良いのかも、 Have a Medical Examination is better. 8月19日 月曜日 晴れ 痛みのある股間節を庇う歩きのためか？ 尻の左上が痛む。無理な歩き方かも知れない。 10月2日 水曜日 晴れ 三日前辺りから夜になると微熱が出る。原因は？ Three Day before from have a slight fever. Ia this a cold? 3月1日 土曜日 曇り 酷い寒気。最近、風邪気味が続いている。 The serious feel chill lately on the continued. 3月8日 土曜日 晴れ また、、胃が痛む。Again to day Stomch pain. 3月9日 日曜日 晴れ 今日も胃が痛む。 Today too stomach pain. 外反母趾が強烈に痛む。Hallux valgus pain. 3月11日 火曜日 晴れ 外反母子、、四六時中強烈な痛み。Hallux valgus pain in oll day. 3月13日 木曜日 雨 昼食後胃が痛む。 Lunch to after feel the stomach pain. 3月22日 土曜日 晴れ 股関節脱臼の右足、今朝激痛。久し振りに歩行困難。 4月3日 木曜日 晴れ 唇の周囲に軽い痺れを感じる I feel the numb(痺れ) of Lip circumference(周囲) 4月5日 土曜日 晴れ 痺れの感覚が唇、鼻など顔の周囲に広がっている。 Feel the numb, Lip and nose and so face the center to magnify(拡大) 4月26日 土曜日 晴れ 外反母趾の痛みが酷い。ズッシーンと来る強烈な感覚。 四六時中続く。楽なのは眠っている時だけ。痛みで寝付けない。 The pain on all day. Don'nt pain of sleeping time. 我慢の限界を超えつつある。我慢しきれなくなった時は如何なるんだろう。 4月29日 火曜日 晴れ 午後、久し振りの下痢。三度ほどトイレへ、、 Gwt 's serious Diarrhea in the afternoon on after a long time. 4月30日 水曜日 晴れ 下痢は治まったようだ。 Diarrhea is all right on t0day. 5月5日 月曜日 雨 今日、少し風邪気味。 Have a slight cold on the today. 5月23日 金曜日 晴れ 未明、am4時頃、突然の吐き気。 Before day-light. am about four o'clock. sudden nausea. 以後、胃が重く苦しく食事は殆ど摂れず。 After, feel sick to stomach. It's worry. 7月13日 日曜日 曇り 盲腸手術跡完治せず、、 It's pain to marks caecum operation. 12月31日 木曜日 二三日前から、、胃腸の具合が悪く、、膨満感が凄くて苦しい。 又、お灸でもしなければ、、と思っている。 |
