Our summer vacation

Fuh asked me if I had written about our summer vacation in my diary. I've forgotten to write about it. I have to remember what we did during a four-day trip around Shinsyu in Nagano prefectute in mid-August.

	Enjoying cosmoses seen from a car window, we were leaving for our favorite place in Kaida highlands.
	Here we are! I can't help running at the mouth the moment I see this building called "Kaida highlands Ice Cream Studio"

Oh, what a good smell !!

The happiest time. Can't say anything.

Yottyan said to us, " Now, you are full. Let's climb Mt.Ontake" The mountain whose top is still covered with snow is as high as 3,063 meters. Does he really mean it? I can't believe him.

Well, well, we rode on a ropeway. When Yottyan knew that we didn't need to pay our fare. he had a big smile..

We got out of the ropeway, where there stretched the place for us to run on no leash as far as the eye could reach. In fresh air, both of us ran and ran unconscious of the flight of time.

Yottyan and Fuh wanted to have their photo taken. They seemed to like a high place.(2,150meters above sea level) The sun was dazzling, so we..... Please put your mouse on our photo.

Next day we were in a forest called Akazawa Birin, Which is said to be the first place to bask in the forest. There are a lot of Japanese cypresses there.

This is a real scenic spot. The water in the river is so clean and birds are singing in the grove.

	"Yuh, look at that? People are waving at us" "I'd like to get on it, too. Yottyan , shall we ride on it?"
	Yottyan said to us, "It is a forest railway. It used to run to carry wood, now it is running for sightseers. You can't take it, for you have four legs."

	Walking for a while, we came to the river, which was clean beyond description.
Yottyan told us to follow him. I thought the river was shallow enough to be forded.

But it was getting deeper and deeper. At last I could stand no longer.

Unconsciouly Fuh and I were moving our short legs. I desperately swam for the shallows.

	I could barely stand wet to the skin. I heard yottyan laughing in a loud voice.
Fuh seemed to get angry with yottyan.

	We decided to hide from Yottyan for fear that he should take us in the river again.
Both of us lay there motionless and as usual we fell into a doze.

zzz, Want to eat ice cream.

The next morning, while we were taking a walk , a car stopped in a sudden. One basset hound and one beagle got out of the car. They were so well-mannered like me. I was so glad to meet the same fellows during a trip.

Harusan, she is one and a half years old.

Lovesan, she is two years old.
