灯籠プロジェクト①
 Touro lantern Project ①		  　段原中学校美術部が絵付けした灯籠10基が今年もソールズベリーCND主催の
　 キャンドルフロートで流されました。
　
　　　　中学生が贈った灯籠が、大きなきっかけとなり　昨年11月ソールズベリー市が平和首長会議へ加盟されました。
　
　Ten Touro lanterns decorated by Danbara Junior High School Art Club were floated in the Candke Float in Salisbury.
　　　The lanterns presented by junior high school students last year became a major impetus for the city of Salisbury to join Mayors for Peace in November of 2023.

灯籠プロジェクト②
 Touro lantern Project ②		  協創中学校の有志が絵付けした灯籠をミッドサマーセットへ送りました。
　ミッドサマーセットでは、『司祭の宮殿』と呼ばれる建物のそばの美しい堀で灯籠流しが行われました。
　

Volunteers from Kyosou Junior High School painted lanterns and sent them to Mid-Somerset.  In Mid-Somerset, a Lantern Floating was held in a beautiful moat by a building called "Priest's Palace"
     
     

  9月ミッドサマーセットCNDとピースグループから
ヒロシマ展開催の写真が送られてきました。

In September Mid-Somerset CND and Peace Group sent us some photos from the Hiroshima Exhibition they held in the cathedral.
