Toward The Sanriku Renaissance

Toward the Sanriku Renaissance after being reconstructed for Tsunami disaster in the Great East Japan Earthquake. In order to create a more brilliant Sanriku sea than before 2011 March 11, We call it the Sanriku Renaissance. Understanding Computers Through Talk, UCTT has been taking signs of recovery for Tsunami disaster since 2012 March 11.
