=== Procedure of the License Purchase ===

(1) First, try it fully by the Trial Use.

Download Serial Port Monitor and Analyzer (Model: AKM-RSM-100), and Extract it.

The following 5 files will be made.

1. Serial Port Monitor and Analyzer x.x.x.x.msi (or .exe)
2. SetupManual.pdf
3. Readme_English.txt
4. Purchase_English.txt
5. TechSupport_English.txt

Set it up referring to SetupManual.pdf of (b).
The User ID of the Trial Use is being described in Readme_English.txt of (c).


(2) When you hope to purchase the License, please let us know the following necessary items by e-mail.

Refer to the Purchase_English.txt of (d) about the necessary items and e-mail address of us.


(3) After that, you will receive e-mail of the following subject from PayPal.

• Subject: PayPal money request from Akiyama Manufacturing

(4) Open URL which is being described to the received e-mail. And do login. Then, do the procedure of the payment.

• *Note: For the procedure of the payment, PayPal ID is necessary. If you don't have PayPal ID yet, get PayPal ID first.

(5) After we confirm your payment, we will send the User ID(s) of the Product Version to you by e-mail.


(6) Register the User ID of the Product Version to the Application.
About the registration of the User ID, refer to the Appendix E of the User's Manual that is installed when the AKM-RSM-100 is set up.



[Precaution]

- Export Controls
In case of following, we cannot sell the license.

(1) The order from the following countries.
Iran, Iraq, Cuba, Syria, Libya, Sudan, and North Korea

(2) The order from the resident of the above countries.

*Note: When we judged that sale applies to the above item, we will reject the sale of the license.

- Agreement in advance
When you hope to purchase this software license, you must agree on the following items.

(1) This software is owned and licensed exclusively by Akiyama Manufacturing.
(2) One license is granted to single PC. One User ID implies One License. When you hope to using this software with the multiple PCs, purchase the licenses of the number of PC.
(3) Purchase of the license does not imply the purchase of the copyright of this program.
(4) The resale of the license is strictly prohibited.
(5) Reverse-engineering or modifying this software is strictly prohibited.

*Note: By receiving the license order from you, we will understand that you agreed to the above items.
