(Fig.1) ↓ Fake "future" target = quantum ?
This week solid-physics is still full of unreal quasi-particle such as phonon ( this, this ), exciton ( this, this ), polariton ( this ), polaron ( this ).
Other unreal quasiparticles are skyrmion ( this ), Dirac fermion, Weyl fermion ( this ), Majorana fermion ( this ).
The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says " Quantum memory ensures high security of stored information, but it remains relatively fragile... while atoms ensure they can bond with other ( unreal ) quasiparticles .. ?" ← still useless research, nothing is realized now.
The first paragraph of this news says "evidence of exotic particles, known as fourfold topological (unreal) quasiparticles",
And its last paragraph says
" paves the way for future experimental and theoretical progress ?" ← just talking about "imaginary future". Still useless research.
The 2nd last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "the next step is to experimentally verify their topological properties." ← just talking about "imaginary future". Nothing is realized in experiments now.
Unreal quasiparticle = axion is used as seen in this 1st sentence.
The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "These aspects could be tremendously important for future technologies ?" ← just talking about "imaginary future". Still useless research.
Unreal Weyl quasiparticle is used ( this p.3 left )
The 4th paragraph of this news says "they can have an effective (unreal) negative mass"
And its 2nd last paragraph just vaguely says
"In the future, their work could contribute to the development of new quantum technologies ?" ← just talking about "imaginary future". Still useless research.
The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "The work reported in Optica is a stepping stone for further investigations. However, the path for building large-scale networks is still paved with challenges." ← Still useless research.
The 2nd paragraph of this news just vaguely says "So far, the development of robust quantum computers is still a long way off." ← Still useless research.
The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "we anticipate our findings will accelerate the deployment of hBN quantum emitters ?" ← just talking about "imaginary future". Nothing is realized now.
The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "Our work raises many interesting questions such as whether it could allow more energy-efficient lasers ?" ← just talking about "imaginary future". Still useless research.
The first paragraph of this news just vaguely says "The laser could potentially be used in applications such as .. ?" ← Just speculation, still useless research.
The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "The results may signal a breakthrough in the study of orbital states in materials. The CDFS analysis will provide a touchstone for .. ?" ← just talking about "imaginary future (= the use of the word: will )". Still useless research.
The 3rd last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "I feel that our results represent an important milestone in the design of artificial molecular motors and offer many prospects for future applications ?" ← just talking about "imaginary future". Still useless research.
One-pseudo-electron DFT approximation is used ( this p.19 ).
The 2nd last paragraph of this news just vaguely says " To do that, engineers will need to find a different material to host the erbium atoms. The study was designed with this future improvement in mind ?" ← just talking about "imaginary future". Still useless research.
The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "The authors are optimistic that their work will help further collective understanding of .. ?" ← just talking about "imaginary future". Nothing is realized now.
The 2nd paragraph of this news just vaguely says " These could be used as advanced gravitational wave detectors and may even lead to devices which can mirror gravitational waves ?" ← Just speculation, still useless research.
The last paragraph of this news just vaguely says "Our results open the path towards the control of quantum walks ?" ← just talking about "imaginary future". Still useless research.
